Every hour of labor we bill is covered for three full years. If our workmanship fails, we come back and make it right at no charge — no trip fee, no diagnostic fee, no argument.
- Written, not verbal. Your warranty terms are printed on the invoice you sign, with the covered scope and the expiration date on it. Nothing about your coverage depends on remembering a conversation.
- Transferable when you sell. Remaining workmanship coverage transfers to the next owner at no cost. Call us with the closing date and we reissue the certificate in their name — a genuinely useful thing to hand a buyer's inspector.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. All work is performed by Wisconsin-licensed electricians, we are bonded and insured, and we pull permits in every jurisdiction that requires one. We will send a certificate of insurance the same day you ask for one.
What warranty do you offer?
Three years of workmanship coverage on standard work, five years on panels, service changes and whole-home systems, and one year on diagnostic repairs. It is printed on your invoice and it transfers to the next owner if you sell.
Do you charge for estimates?
Quotes on planned work — panel upgrades, EV chargers, generators, rewiring, lighting — are free. Diagnostic visits, where the job is finding out what is wrong, carry a flat fee that we tell you up front and credit toward the repair.
Do you answer after hours?
