If our workmanship fails, we come back and make it right at no charge — no trip fee, no diagnostic fee, no argument. Parts and equipment carry their manufacturer's term on top of that, and we register the product in your name at install so a future claim is not your paperwork problem.

Where we do this work

Every hour of labor we bill is covered for three full years. If our workmanship fails, we come back and make it right at no charge — no trip fee, no diagnostic fee, no argument.
- Written, not verbal. Your warranty terms are printed on the invoice you sign, with the covered scope and the expiration date on it. Nothing about your coverage depends on remembering a conversation.
- Transferable when you sell. Remaining workmanship coverage transfers to the next owner at no cost. Call us with the closing date and we reissue the certificate in their name — a genuinely useful thing to hand a buyer's inspector.
- Parts carry the manufacturer's term. Panels, breakers, fixtures, EV chargers and generators are covered by their manufacturer, typically 1–10 years depending on the product. We register the equipment in your name at install and handle the claim if one is ever needed.
- No fine print on the callback. A warranty visit means no trip charge, no diagnostic fee and no minimum. If we caused it, fixing it is on us.
Interior Lighting — questions we get asked
Can you add recessed lighting without wrecking the ceiling?
Yes. Canless LED downlights fit through a single 4-inch hole and need no housing above the ceiling, which makes retrofit work far cleaner than it used to be. On a typical room we cut, wire and finish in a day with no drywall repair needed.
Why do my LED bulbs flicker on the dimmer?
Almost always an old incandescent-era dimmer trying to drive an LED load it was never designed for. Swapping to a modern LED-compatible dimmer fixes it, and it is an inexpensive visit.

Either way. We can supply at our trade pricing, or install fixtures you have already bought — our warranty covers our installation labor in both cases.
