Parts and equipment carry their manufacturer's term on top of that, and we register the product in your name at install so a future claim is not your paperwork problem.

Where we do this work

Every hour of labor we bill is covered for three full years. If our workmanship fails, we come back and make it right at no charge — no trip fee, no diagnostic fee, no argument.
- Written, not verbal. Your warranty terms are printed on the invoice you sign, with the covered scope and the expiration date on it. Nothing about your coverage depends on remembering a conversation.
- Transferable when you sell. Remaining workmanship coverage transfers to the next owner at no cost. Call us with the closing date and we reissue the certificate in their name — a genuinely useful thing to hand a buyer's inspector.
- Parts carry the manufacturer's term. Panels, breakers, fixtures, EV chargers and generators are covered by their manufacturer, typically 1–10 years depending on the product. We register the equipment in your name at install and handle the claim if one is ever needed.
- No fine print on the callback. A warranty visit means no trip charge, no diagnostic fee and no minimum. If we caused it, fixing it is on us.

Can you work outside our business hours?
Yes. A substantial share of our commercial work happens nights and weekends specifically so the business does not lose a day. Tell us your window and we schedule to it.
Do you do agricultural work?
Yes, and it is a genuine specialty rather than a sideline. Livestock areas need equipotential bonding, washdown areas need corrosion-rated methods, and stray voltage is a production problem as much as a safety one. Farm wiring done to house-wiring standards fails.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes, immediately, with your landlord or GC named as certificate holder. Call the office and we send it the same day.
Do you take on new construction bids?
We do. Send us the prints and we will get you a bid. We work with GCs across the Chippewa Valley.
