How scheduling actually works
Distance does not change our pricing, but it does change our routing. Work in the Eau Claire metro is dispatched directly and usually lands same or next day. The outer rings get batched onto directional routes — a north run through Barron and Rusk counties, a west run through Pierce and St. Croix — so booking a few days ahead gets you a much better slot than calling the morning of.
Emergencies are the exception. If you have a burning smell, a sparking panel or no heat in winter, we come, wherever you are in the radius. Call 715-684-2609 and say it is urgent.

Do you charge more for towns further from Eau Claire?

What if I am just outside 60 miles?
Call and ask — 715-684-2609. For a larger project we will often come further, and for a small repair we would rather refer you to someone closer than sell you a two-hour trip charge.
Do you handle permits in every jurisdiction?
Yes. Each city and county in our area has its own permitting process, and we file with whichever one applies to your address, then meet the inspector on site. You get the signed inspection card for your records.
