Your warranty on this work
Electrical Safety Inspections carries our 1-year repair warranty. Diagnostic and repair work is guaranteed for one year. Where we do this work
We handle safety inspections across all 50 communities inside our 60-mile radius — Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Menomonie, Rice Lake, Black River Falls, River Falls and everywhere between.
Diagnostic and repair work is guaranteed for one year. If the same fault comes back within twelve months, the return visit and the re-repair are free.
- Written, not verbal. Your warranty terms are printed on the invoice you sign, with the covered scope and the expiration date on it. Nothing about your coverage depends on remembering a conversation.
- Transferable when you sell. Remaining workmanship coverage transfers to the next owner at no cost. Call us with the closing date and we reissue the certificate in their name — a genuinely useful thing to hand a buyer's inspector.
- Parts carry the manufacturer's term. Panels, breakers, fixtures, EV chargers and generators are covered by their manufacturer, typically 1–10 years depending on the product. We register the equipment in your name at install and handle the claim if one is ever needed.
- No fine print on the callback. A warranty visit means no trip charge, no diagnostic fee and no minimum. If we caused it, fixing it is on us.
Safety Inspections — questions we get asked
My insurance company is asking about my wiring. Can you help?
Yes — this is a common reason people call. We inspect, document what is present, and write it up in the format insurers ask for. If remediation is needed, the report doubles as the quote.
Is this the same as a home inspection?
No, it is considerably deeper on the electrical side. A general home inspector looks at what is visible and accessible. We open the panel, test the circuits, thermal-image the terminations and identify wiring types in concealed spaces.
How long does an inspection take?
Two to three hours for a typical single-family home, longer for a multi-unit or a property with outbuildings. You get the written report within two business days.
