New construction and major remodels live or die on scheduling. We show up when the framing is ready, rough-in to print, get through inspection without a re-visit, and come back for trim when the drywall and paint are done — not three weeks later. Homeowners doing their own remodel get the same treatment, plus a walkthrough where we mark every device location on the stud before we pull a single wire.
What this service covers

Your warranty on this work
New Construction & Remodel Wiring carries our 5-year workmanship warranty. Service upgrades, panels and whole-home systems carry our longest workmanship coverage: five years on all labor, plus we register the manufacturer warranty on your equipment for you so the paperwork is never your problem. Parts and equipment carry their manufacturer's term on top of that, and we register the product in your name at install so a future claim is not your paperwork problem.

Where we do this work
We handle new construction across all 50 communities inside our 60-mile radius — Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Menomonie, Rice Lake, Black River Falls, River Falls and everywhere between.
Service upgrades, panels and whole-home systems carry our longest workmanship coverage: five years on all labor, plus we register the manufacturer warranty on your equipment for you so the paperwork is never your problem.
- Written, not verbal. Your warranty terms are printed on the invoice you sign, with the covered scope and the expiration date on it. Nothing about your coverage depends on remembering a conversation.
- Transferable when you sell. Remaining workmanship coverage transfers to the next owner at no cost. Call us with the closing date and we reissue the certificate in their name — a genuinely useful thing to hand a buyer's inspector.
- Parts carry the manufacturer's term. Panels, breakers, fixtures, EV chargers and generators are covered by their manufacturer, typically 1–10 years depending on the product. We register the equipment in your name at install and handle the claim if one is ever needed.
- No fine print on the callback. A warranty visit means no trip charge, no diagnostic fee and no minimum. If we caused it, fixing it is on us.
New Construction — questions we get asked
How far ahead should I book a rough-in?
Two to three weeks is comfortable in normal season; longer in spring and summer when everyone is building. Call as soon as you have a framing date and we will hold the slot.
Will you work with my general contractor?
Yes, routinely. We coordinate directly with the GC on sequencing and inspection dates so you are not the middleman relaying schedules.
Can you help me plan outlet and light placement?
That walkthrough is part of the job, not an extra. We walk each room with you and mark every device on the stud before rough-in — it is far cheaper to move a mark than to move a box.
